Kathy Bray - President
As President of the company, I
manage all of the day-to-day operations as well as serve
as the Human Resources Manager. I graduated from Fresno
State with a degree in Child Development and taught
elementary school before starting at Denham in 1975.
I hold a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification.
I am currently a member of HRACC, and serve on the Advisory
Board of Hope Now for Youth, the board of Fresno Citizens
for Good Government, and Fresno United Neighborhoods
Board. My past involvement includes 2004 Chairman of
the Board of the Greater Fresno Area Chamber of Commerce,
EDC Board, RJI Leadership Council, 2005 Chair of the
Chamber PAC, San Joaquin Political Academy Board, Citizen’s
Committee to Update Fresno’s General Plan and
Growth Alternatives Alliance that developed the nationally
recognized planning document, “A Landscape of
Choice”.
I have a very simple professional philosophy adopted
from Winston Churchill- Do the right thing, every time.
When I’m not working my favorite activity is to
spend time with our children and grandchildren. I also
love to get my hands dirty in my garden and, when time
permits, ride my horse.

Dave Denham – Chief Executive Officer
I joined Denham in 1971 after graduating from Fresno State with a degree in Business and began my career recruiting and placing a variety of candidates. While remaining active in senior level recruiting and executive search, I spend most of my time in long term strategic planning, client relations, and staying active in numerous industry and non-profit organizations.
To name a few, I formerly served as the President of the Independent Staffing Associates and the Vice Chair of the Workforce Investment Board of Fresno County. I also was the former Vice President of the California Association of Staffing Services. a past Vice Chair of the Fresno County Workforce Investment Board, the past President of the Independent Staffing Alliance, the past Senior Vice President of the California Temporary Staffing Association; past Executive Committee member and Vice President of the United Way of Fresno County, past President of the Fresno Temporary Staffing Association and a Board Member of the Family Self Sufficiency Organization.
My personal business philosophy is to always treat every person whom you meet as you would like them to treat you. In any business or personal situation always take the high road and lead by example.

Edgar Blunt – Vice President
I joined Denham in 1995 and since then, have held several positions, including Administrative Support, Network Administrator, Sales Representative, and Executive Recruiter. I currently oversee the day-to-day operations of Sales, Marketing, and Information Technology. As time permits, I keep my recruiting skills sharp by working on technical searches for choice clients.
I graduated with a BS degree from Fresno State University and am a member of HRACC.
I believe in helping others and, as Ralph Waldo Emerson said, “Nothing great could be accomplished without enthusiasm.” I am passionate about making a positive difference in peoples’ lives and making them laugh, too.
On a personal note, I am married and have two sons. I take pleasure in spending time with family and friends, eating sushi, playing competitive sports, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.

John Osborn – Director of Operations
I joined Denham in 2000 and am currently the Director of Operations of Accounting Personnel by Denham, a subsidiary company to Denham Resources. Also, I coordinate the Accountants’ Forum, a group of CFO/Controller level professionals that meets regularly to discuss accounting and business issues.
For over 30 years I have been a practicing CPA. Currently I am an Accounting Professor at Fresno State University, and have over 30 years experience teaching financial and managerial accounting, auditing, and federal income taxation. I received a PhD in business and accounting from the University of Georgia, Athens and a MBA from Arizona State University. Also, I am a member of the California Society of CPAs and am on the board of the Institute of Management Accountants.
My professional philosophy is the same as my personal philosophy: When you help others you will, in turn, receive help.
On a personal note, I am married and have two sons. I enjoy exercising, reading, watching movies, eating good food, and rooting for Arizona State University sports.

Renee Markus McCallum – Senior Recruiting Consultant
I have been a recruiter for Denham since 1976. I work on professional and management-level recruiting, specializing in the fields of Accounting, Human Resources, Agriculture, and Materials Management.
I believe that there is value in everyone and do my best to truly get to know the people I work with. My work philosophy is to treat both employers and job seekers with equal respect and importance and bottom line – to NEVER GIVE UP.
On a personal note, I am married and have a daughter. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and watching movies.

Debi Cooper – Staffing Manager
I have been with Denham since
1984, and have been a part of the Office Services team
for my entire tenure. I was promoted to my current Management
role in 2005, and am still very much involved in the
hands-on temporary and direct-hire recruitment of office
professionals.
I am actively involved with many local charities, currently
a member of Fresno Women’s Network, and am an
Ambassador for the Catholic Professionals & Business
Breakfast Club. The last 10 years I have served as a
teen catechist at Sacred Heart Church and two years
as a student mentor with the Hoover High School Program.
I believe that there is a right place and career for
every person. Furthermore, I hold myself accountable
to do things right the first time so I don’t have
to go back to fix a rushed or incomplete job.

Cheryl Horg – Staffing Consultant
I have almost 10 years of experience in temporary and temp to hire staffing as well as over 2 years experience in direct hire placements and currently serve in that vocation at Denham. Additionally, I have two years of experience in Human Resources and a strong background in customer service and account management in a manufacturing setting.
My philosophy is to always be honest with yourself and everyone you deal with. I know from past experience that good customer service and honesty will help make you successful in whatever field or position you work.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing and traveling to the coast to unwind.

Fabrizia Smith – Staffing Consultant
With five-years HR Generalist
experience at Sun Microsystems under my belt, I started
my career with Denham in 2005 as a Staffing Consultant.
I enjoy facilitating connecting employers who need staff
with job seekers who need work.
My professional philosophy is to give 110% and provide
the best customer service to my clients while maintaining
my integrity.
On a personal note, I enjoy traveling, watching movies,
hiking, boating, and spending time with my husband and
family.

Kerry
Lauer – Recruiting Consultant
I joined the Denham Team in 2006
as a Staffing Consultant and transitioned into a Recruiting
Consultant. I specialize in executive search for the
Agricultural, Food Processing, and Manufacturing industries.
Prior to Denham I have an extensive background in Outsourced
Human Resources and Customer Service.
At Denham, I enjoy connecting job seekers and employers
and making a good match. My professional philosophy
is “Do unto others as you would want done to you”.
On a personal note I enjoy helping others in the community.
In my spare time I am a volunteer mediator for VORP
(victim/offender relief program). I am also an avid
fitness enthusiast, singer, and enjoy the outdoors.

Gaddis – Human Resource Consultant
I have over 25 years of experience
in all areas of Human Resources. I am honored to bring
my experience and expertise to Denham, adding to the
already capable services that they currently provide.
I have served in a number of executive level management
positions including as the CEO of a large Benefits Trust.
Additionally, I have worked with several Fortune 500
companies. This has allowed me to formulate and implement
Human Resource policy and procedures for personnel departments,
administrative offices, manufacturing facilities, small
businesses and corporate offices.
I am a graduate from San Jose State with a degree in
Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
My professional philosophy is to always follow my four
‘C’s” in Human Resources; Compliance,
Consistency, Credibility and Communication.
On a personal note, I am married; always amazed with
how professional my wife is in her hairstyling salon;
love to spend time with our children and grandchildren,
travel, golf, golf, golf and golf.

Lori Yerxa – Customer Relations Manager
I joined the Denham Team in 2005. I work in the Sales and Marketing department focusing on new business development and maintaining customer relations. I have a BA in Mass Communications from California State Hayward.
My Professional Philosophy is to: always tell the truth, listen intently, and because I am in sales, don’t take rejection personally.
When I’m not working I serve at my church, play golf with my husband, go to the gym, and hang out with friends. Okay, I admit it, I live vicariously through American Idol.

Kris Rodrick – Recruiting Coordinator
I started with Denham in 1987 as a Staffing Consultant. Then in 1996 I transferred to our Recruiting division as a Recruiting Coordinator, where I currently assist with all aspects of search and direct-hire processes for our Recruiting Consultants.
I believe that if you’re going to do something, you should do it right and to the best of your ability, or don’t do it at all.
On a personal note, I am married and have two daughters. I enjoy Renaissance Fairs and watching movies.

Youa Moua – Office Coordinator
I joined the Denham Team in April
2006 as a Payroll Coordinator and have since taken on
the position of Office Coordinator. My primary function
as Office Coordinator is to make certain that the office
functions run smoothly and to maintain efficient and
accurate accounting systems, as I do love working with
numbers.
I believe that it takes motivation and hard work to
get to where you want to be. Without the drive and struggle,
you will not be able to unlock the key to your potential.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading
a good book, and cooking. Okay, I admit, I’m a
CSI junkie.

Carol
Dunbar – Payroll Coordinator
Upon moving back to California
from New Jersey in 1986, I joined the Denham Team. At
that time I was doing payroll, billing and various general
office duties. In 1992 I was promoted to Office Manager/Bookkeeper;
a position I held for 14 years. In May 2006 I went on
an extended medical leave and returned in March 2007
to work part-time as the Payroll Coordinator. I love
working with numbers and am grateful to the caring staff
for having a position for me after a 10 month absence.
It is so good to be back to a “normal” life.
On a personal note, I am a graduate of Sacramento State
University. My husband, Dennis, and I will celebrate
our 40th wedding anniversary this August. We have two
grown sons and a grown daughter. Best of all we have
five wonderful grandsons – our own basketball
team!

Jon
Bradford – Recruiting Coordinator
I joined the Denham team in 2006
as a Recruiting Coordinator. My primary duties are to
provide the Recruiting Consultants with research for
executive and accounting professionals, as well as writing
and maintaining our job postings. Furthermore, I can
also be found assisting staff with various items from
answering phones, technical issues, to my favorite -
marketing and design projects.
I understand the importance matching the right job seeker
with right employer and enjoy being a part of that process.
On the more personal side, I’m originally from
Southern California; I have worked as a Graphic Designer
and Administration Assistant. I’ve been residing
in Fresno for the last three years with my wife of four
years. I am currently enrolled in the Computer Drafting
& Design program at ITT Technical Institute in Clovis.
I enjoy playing tennis, basketball, shooting pool, video
games, singing and playing my guitar. I’m also
a big Michigan Wolverine fan.

Jennifer
Boyd – Staffing Coordinator
I joined Denham in 2007 as a staffing
coordinator. I help with the interview process and do
research for the staffing consultants. I also am responsible
for interviewing candidates in our Madera, Visalia,
and Selma offices.
I believe that every person has the desire to do or
be something great, and it is each one’s responsibility
to find out what that something is and make it happen.
On a personal note, I have been married for a handful
of years. We enjoy the outdoors, especially the snow
and (for me) skiing. I also enjoy most sports, watching
and playing, and am a huge Michigan fan. Ok, Michigan
fanatic. GO BLUE!

Gilkinson – Staffing Coordinator
I became part of the Denham team
as a Staffing Coordinator. It is my responsibility to
provide a welcoming atmosphere as well as maintain the
flow of the every day office.
I love working in a place where a good work ethic and
a good attitude are valued and appreciated.
I love spending time with my husband and our beautiful
daughter. I love to read, play Guitar Hero, and we have
“our shows”- American Idol, Prison Break,
The Office, & House.
