Denham Resources has an outstanding opportunity available for a loan processor with a local private money lender. If you are a self-starter with at least 2 years of experience in title and escrow operations and loan processing, and you like working in a fast-paced environment, you are highly encouraged to apply for this position.

-Evaluate and clarify loan risk
-Verify loan application information; Request additional information as needed
-Identify and record application deficiencies required for rejecting loan; Provide to loan officer
-Respond to questions and requests with proper information on a timely basis
-Assist with needs of production coordinators, closers, document drawers and funders
-Upgrade information on processing and underwriting systems where required
-Comply with underwriter market standards
-Assist in training of new underwriters and origination staff
-Full benefits package including medical, dental and vision, as well as vacation and paid time off

-2+ years of strong experience in title & escrow operations
-2+ years of loan processing experience
-Knowledge of loan documents, deeds, re-conveyances are a must
-Private money or hard money lending experience highly preferred
-Borrower qualification process and pre-approval experience
-Software knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, mortgage servicing software, and online platforms for checking credit reports, etc.
-Independent work ethic, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
