- Assist other departments with incoming orders
- Dispatch calls to technicians
- Assist with back-up calls
- Update on inventory status
- Coordinate delivery equipment
- Prepare/Update Excel reports
- File management of daily records

- 4+ years' of administrative/customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Able to work additional hours during peak season
