Description

Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service representative for a well-established, internationally recognized irrigation parts manufacturer. If you have a customer focused personality, strong technical skills, and love to work as part of a collaborative team, you will love this opportunity!

-Full-time opportunity with an excellent, comprehensive benefits package
-Maintains and enhances customer relationship by responding to inquiries, providing information and price quotes, responding to requests, resolving problems
-Receives and processes incoming orders for goods and services
-Receives and responds to customer questions and complaints
-May send and receive Return Material Authorization (RMA), Credit Applications, Resale Certificates, Credit Card Authorization requests, and W-9s
-Verifies customer and order information for correctness, checking it against Purchase Orders and previously obtained information, as necessary
-Requests corrections from customer as needed for accuracy and pricing

Requirements

-High School diploma or equivalent
-A minimum of 3 years' experience as customer service representative, with experience in a related industry highly preferred
-Analytic or mechanical aptitude/understanding
-Adobe, Office 365 - including OneNote and other Windows/Office tools, SharePoint, OneDrive, and an ERP system, such as Oracle or MAS400
-Ability to inform others, good verbal and written communication, conflict resolving, listening, and multi-tasking skills
