- Implement and advise on human resources policies and procedures in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws
- Provide support and maintain leaves of absence claims
- Responsible for following up on workers compensation claims and documentation

- 4+ years' experience in an HR Generalist role
- 4-year bachelor’s degree a plus
- Aptitude in problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
