Denham Resources has a great temporary opportunity for an assembler at an internationally recognized irrigation parts manufacturer in Fresno. If you have prior irrigation parts assembly experience, or you have a strong mechanical background, this is a perfect opportunity for you!

-Prepares work to be completed by studying assembly instructions, drawings, specifications, and bill-of material (BOM)
-Positions parts on workbench for assembly following company guidelines and using proper equipment
-Ensures components are assembled with the correct fit, and with correct subassemblies
-Verifies specifications; comparing to completed components
-Identifies issues with components and assembly problems; reports to engineer as needed
-Maintains equipment, and identifies/completes preventative maintenance as needed
-Serve as a back-up for other warehouse operations as needed
-Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment; Complies with all rules and regulations

-High School diploma, or equivalent. Engineering degree, or previous mechanical parts assembly, is highly preferred
-Strong knowledge of mechanical components, assembly procedures, and schematics
-Basic reading, writing and mathematics skills
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-Understanding of warehouse procedures and safety
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently, or as a team, when required
