Our Client is looking for a talented, relationship-building, Recruiter that possesses the drive to help girls and change the future of many generations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter who is passionate bring together girls, volunteers, and community in Mendota to make a life-changing difference for girls by connecting them to unique opportunities to encourage and support them to learn, grow, and become responsible, caring citizens.
This is a Direct Hire, Part-Time (3 days per week, 8 hours per day), Permanent position.

-Passionate, and Drive for girl leadership
-Outgoing, love for sales and making cold contacts
-Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and public presentations – virtually and in person
-Positive attitude, motivational personality
-Creative, flexible, problem-solving ability to work in new and changing environments
-Self-Starter, strong management skills
-Some flexibility for weekend events
-Ability to relate to both adults and children

-At least 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service or member recruiting
-Experience as an adult volunteer (helpful, but not required)
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
-Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and computer systems
-A valid California Driver License and proof of Vehicle Insurance Coverage
-Reliable Transportation
-Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
