-Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
-Backup with Payroll
-Assist the Fiscal Manager with Bank Reconciliations
-Prepare and enter journal entries into the general ledger
-Oversee the work of the Accounting clerk
-Assist with the processing of the budget

-Minimum of 5 plus years` experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and general accounting systems knowledge.
-Associates degree in Accounting preferred
-Strong computer skills with MS Office Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
-10-key operation by touch
-Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills
