Description

-Provide administrative support to employees, volunteers, recruiting candidates to fill open roles and provide assistance with hiring processing functions
-Organize, plan, and execute company events
-Strong organizational skills
-Public speaking skills
-Update volunteer schedules, daily tracking of volunteer management system
-Hiring or referring qualified volunteers
-Great problem-solving skills
-Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
-Serve as a coordinator for a variety of staff and volunteer training programs
- As needed, travel within the Council`s five-county area and attend occasional evening and weekend events. Transportation required. Valid driver license, liability insurance, reliable transportation required
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
-Assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO with other Human Resources matters
-Strong interpersonal skills with ability to speak in public forums, special events
-Flexibility if called to work varied hours during events or functions

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
-Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Human Resources experience
-Valid Driver License, Liability Insurance, and reliable transportation
