Denham Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Staff Accountant to join the talented Accounting and Finance team of our client, a successful, rapidly growing vertically integrated agri-business who has a wonderful, employee-centered culture. Salary: $65K-$80K DOE, Plus Discretionary Bonus and Fantastic Benefits

-Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
-Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations and assist with month end close
-Assist with financial statement preparation
-Financial and budget reporting
-Fixed asset accounting and responsible for capital asset tracking
-Provide audit support
-Special projects as required, update and produce various accounting reports

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 5 plus years' proven accounting experience in an agricultural, food processing or manufacturing industry
- Compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access); ERP experience preferred
- Excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and strong time management ability
