Denham Resources has two excellent opportunities for a hands-on Plant Controller who will be responsible for the financial planning and reporting at this well-established, highly successful, world class food processing company.

-Accountable for plant-level responsibilities including general accounting, cost accounting, bill of materials, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
-Provides leadership and direct hands-on support to the company's plant in the cost and inventory accounting, capital spending and fixed assets management
-Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning
-Responsible for internal controls at the plant for operations, sales and finance
-Analyze and accurately report on key plant operational and accounting metrics, month end financial results to management in accordance with corporate format and time requirements
-Ensure accuracy of physical inventory, bill of material and costing reflect production operations

-5-10 years of hands-on financial and operational cost control leadership experience in an agricultural, food processing or manufacturing industry
-4 -year Bachelors' Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required
-Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-ERP Sage, Access, SQL experience a plus
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
