Description	Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for a tenured, experienced Tax Manager with an active long term CPA license to lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area of our client, a well-established and successful public accounting firm. You will serve as business adviser to their clients working on maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes and delivering quality tax services that will increase the company’s already stellar reputation. Our client has a collaborative, positive, fun and team-oriented culture. -Preparation and review of federal and state income taxes for individuals, corporations, partnerships, organizations and trusts -Perform tax and bookkeeping services for clients in compliance with laws and regulations -Lead, manage, hire and train accountant team; delegate, review and evaluate their work -Build and maintain new and existing client relationships providing excellent planning, consulting, and expertise -Manage innovative tax planning programs, review complex income tax returns and identify all tax risks -Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices -Maintain and develop a strong professional business and community network
Requirements	-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance -Long term active CPA Certification/license with at least 5-7 plus years recent prior public tax accounting experience required -Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and relevant laws -Strong leadership and personnel management skills -Team player, great interpersonal, oral and written communication skills -Detail oriented, critical thinker and problem- solving skills -Strong knowledge and proficiency of tax software programs and Microsoft Office Suite Send your resume in MS Word format to Doreen Dunn at doreen@denham.net or call (559) 222.5284 if you have any questions.
