Description

As the Sales Representative you can build relationships with individuals and companies in the community to sell the company’s products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies. This position is business to business sales of nut commodities selling for the producer.

What you do but are not limited to:
- Create awareness and demand for the company products and services
- Identify opportunities and communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests
- Maintain communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Associates degree or better in business or 2 years’ experience preferred
- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
- Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s products, programs, and new ideas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills

Compensation is based upon employee’s sales performance meeting expectations. Method of calculation of compensation is proprietary and will be shared when candidate has shown qualification for the position and may be required to agree to non-disclosure. Because this is an incentivized sales position, total compensation will be dependent upon the employee’s sales performance.
