Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the team of our client, a highly successful, growing company located in southeast Fresno county, CA. You will be part of the executive team overseeing the Human Resources functions of the company and assisting with their recent growth.

-Oversee and enhance the employee benefits programs and make recommendations on health plans and retirement plans
-Assist in the management of recruitment, sourcing, onboarding processes and orientations
-Oversee the payroll process and assist with running payroll as a backup
-Work with management on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
-Ensure and maintain legal compliance and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, trends and recommended best practices

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
-Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory
-4+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resources roles and minimum 4 plus years proven work experience as an HR Manager
-Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
-Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and best practices
-Strong spoken communication, written and interpersonal skills
-Must have a valid California Driver’s License
-Proficient with MS Office and HR software systems
