Description	Denham Resources is seeking an experienced Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the executive management team of our client, an already successful, established and aggressively expanding renewable energy organization who are projecting 300% revenue growth within 5 years. This is a dream job if you are looking for a rapidly growing and exciting company that has a collaborative, positive and team- oriented culture. -Develop, implement, and maintain effective planning and analysis capability that will provide C-Suite leadership with the appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the company’s portfolio of business -Analyze the company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance budgets; issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management -Interact and work closely with interdepartmental corporate business teams to complete the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and business performance -Perform tax, investment and treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management -Assist CFO in analyzing the tax equity achievement activities surrounding owned renewable energy assets, including federal ITC, REC, depreciation, long term capitalization and life expectancy -Manage tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes
Requirements	-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration -MBA, CPA or CMA (Bachelor’s degree only considered with extensive proven renewable energy experience) -Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices; renewable energy industry a plus -Strong knowledge of internal controls and GAAP compliance -Knowledge in taxes -Excellent analytical, strategic and problem solving skills -Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; NetSuite a plus -Collaborative, transparent management skills with sensitivity to cultural and social differences Send your resume in MS Word format to Doreen Dunn at doreen@denham.net or call (559) 222.5284 if you have any questions.
