Denham Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Demand & Supply Chain Planner who is skilled and experienced in the food processing industry. -Cultivate a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing, distributors, operations, and customers to understand demand forecast drivers, ensure current and accurate information, and promote input and ownership from necessary parties
-Meet regularly with all branches of supply chain to ensure that all supplies, materials, and products are ordered on time, shipped, and received on schedule and with strict quality requirements
-Provide key support to Sales and Finance Management team by discussing, reporting, and monitoring all exciting and new projects from start to finish.
-Address demand related issues in a timely manner
-Maintain and update demand planning system and software
-Plan and execute purchase orders with vendors for raw materials and supplies, confirming accurate pricing and delivery
-Maintain appropriate reorder points on raw materials
-Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product is available for production, new product launches and promotions
-Resolve detailed demand conflicts based upon the schedule; make changes or corrections and adjust schedule as needed
-Assess the profitability of new products and food production formulas by performing cost breakdowns and analysis
-Track, maintain and procure ingredients to support production runs
-Provide regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
-Have strong understanding of each department and ability to execute tasks as needed

-Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably within Supply Chain, Agribusiness, or related field
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in the Food Processing industry Required
-Advanced computer and software skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other ERP’s and industry software
-Strong analytical skills with solid math proficiency and problem-solving abilities
-Excellent organizational skills with superior attention to details
-Exceptional time management, project management, problem-solving
-Ability to work both independently and in team environment
-Understanding and adherence to BRC standard is a plus
