If you are an experienced Supply Chain Analyst that will work closely with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, manage, and optimize inventory and supply chain issues this is a job you can get excited about.

- Successfully endure accurate data entry for inventory depletion and coordination with work orders
- Full purchase order reconciliation
- Minimize UAC issues
- Work with Inventory Control Supervisor to coordinate cycle counts between business units
- Determine discrepancy root causes
- Manage and execute inventory adjustments with Inventory Control Supervisor
- Log by business unit all inventory adjustments
- Update inventory counts and maintaining inventory records to share with production and planning
- Cost analysis preparations for finished goods and raw materials
- Open Sales Orders reports monitoring
- Work closely with the business units ensuring that company is following SOP’s for FIFO and inventory handling
-Maintain close relationship and coordination with the Supply Chain Manager and Operations Centers, Pallet Plant and Packing Services management to create SOP’s and processes to better manage cycle counts and slow-moving inventory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, and Word (SAP knowledge a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.

- A four-year degree in a business or agriculture related field is preferred, or equivalent education and work experience related to purchasing, inventory management, and agriculture.
- Three to five years of inventory management experience is required.
- Three to five years of supply chain and/or purchasing experience is required.
- Must possess a strong background in customer service. Must have the ability to establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
- Three to five years of experience in warehouse operations, large scale distribution operations, or a retail environment is preferred.
