Denham Resources has an exciting opportunity for an in house Admin/Marketing Coordinator! This is an important position for our family owned staffing agency. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a fast paced environment while also in a warm family work place. There is a considerable amount of flexibility to make this career your own! This is such a rare opportunity; you will want to be considered for it as soon as you read this.

-It is first of all the Administrative/Marketing Coordinator’s responsibility to run and manage the front desk, which includes several administrative duties
-Plans and executes internal events for staff
-Plans and executes external events
-Ensures all job listings are posted on all job sites as indicated by staffing consultants
-Creates candidate newsletter monthly and coordinates emailing of newsletter
-Send marketing emails to candidates and clients
-Coordinates regular website updates, content, and monitor SEO
-Monitor social media pages, create new posts and keep track of inquiries and messages

Requirements

-High school diploma or equivalent and + two year’s office experience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; all communication is in English
-Must be extremely detail oriented
-Must be able to pass an initial background check and drug screen
