-Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year- end financial audit activities, annual corporate financial control, and audits.
-Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
-Responsible for month-end, quarterly and year-end closing and reporting in a timely manner
-Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements
-Develop staff by managing performance, goal setting and providing ongoing training
-Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other reports as needed by the Controller
-Bank, credit card and account reconciliations
-Budget preparation and variance analysis
-Maintain financial security by implementing and following internal controls
-Sales tax and use tax both domestic and foreign
-Cost accounting and inventory valuation, physical oversite, and audit

-6-10 years of supervising general accounting and Cost Accounting background in a manufacturing environment, preferred
-Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, preferred
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Experience with ERP systems preferred
