Denham Resources has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, strategic HR partner to direct the HR functions for this highly successful, well established, family-owned, manufacturing company . -Enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy --Assist in the management of talent acquisition, recruitment, benefits, leaves of absence and multi-state payroll
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and other issues
-Nurture a positive work environment
-Ensure and maintain legal compliance and knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, trends and recommended best practices
-Assist with safety meetings, trainings and inspections.
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
-Some travel to other locations

-5-10 years of HR management experience and a minimum of 5 plus years proven work experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive
-Manufacturing, food processing, industrial environment or other experience with 100+ hourly employees
-Extensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws and best practices
-Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
-Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office and HR software systems
