Would you like to be part of the supervisory team at an established almond grower, packer, and exporter located in the Livingston area of California? Denham Resources is recruiting a Production Supervisor to assist in overseeing the day-to-day activities of their packing operation.
You will:
-Oversee and ensure accuracy of staging, loading, and weighing in/out daily outgoing shipments
-Assist Plant Manager in the planning and executing of daily packing of orders
-Maintain current inventory of all supplies and product in warehouses
-Ensure accuracy of inventory and work with production personnel to resolve issues in a timely manner
-Work closely with Plant Manager to oversee process flow, from initial receiving of product through final packing and dispatch
-Ensure employee compliance with company food safety standards and programs and conduct employee trainings

-3 or more years of experience in a supervisory position
-Forklift experience
-Experience with almond / general nut processing
-Leadership qualities and be able to motivate team members and employees
-Reliable transportation and excellent attendance a must
-Valid Driver's License
-Ability to speak Spanish a plus
-Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
-Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
-Flexible and willing to do what needs to be done to get the job done. This is a year-round position for opportunity for advancement within the company and long-term growth.
