Our client has an outstanding opportunity, in their state-of-the-art facility using the newest technology, for the right person. If you are a Payroll Supervisor with experience in ‘Piece Rate’ accounting, we need you! Great pay, benefits, vacation, and 401K!
-Tracks daily piece-rate activities for the Field, including minimum wage calculations, regular and overtime pay, breaks, travel time, waiting time, incentives, “effective rate”, etc.
-Track total hours worked weekly and ensure payroll hours and payroll stubs are accurate and complete
-Facilitates audits by providing detailed reports presenting payroll details including earning history, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
-Partner closely with the Payroll Manager
-Calculates federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
-Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

-Perform all duties in compliance with California state regulations and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
-3-5 years of Piece Rate experience required, in an agricultural setting preferred
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent proficiency skills in Excel and other components of Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software.
-Strong knowledge of Famous and Pet Tiger Software
