Description
-Responsible for day-to-day office functions
-Manager small team
-Invoice generation, verification and delivery
-Process maintenance requests and ensure proper tracking and billing
- Full cycle accounts receivable including collections

Requirements
-3-5 years office management experience
-Full Cycle accounts receivable experience
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Strong professional communication both written and verbal
-Detailed and organized with ability to address time sensitive problems
-Quickbooks online
-Responsible for addressing weekend call as needed
-Commercial property management experience is a plus
