Numbers matter here. Our client is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support core accounting functions and help keep financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who has strong skills but is looking to grow their accounting knowledge while contributing to a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Description
-Support finance team by maintaining accurate postings and records
-Prepare financial documents ensuring compliance with company policies
-Full-cycle bookkeeping of accounts payable and receivable
-Invoicing, coding and reconciliation
-Administrative support and other ad hoc projects

Requirements
-4-year bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
-2-4 years proven experience in accounting
-Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles
-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
-Strong knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
