Description
-Pay vendors via ACH or printed checks upon approval.
-Data entry A/P invoices to QuickBooks Desktop.
-Invoice filing and management
-Answer back up phones

Requirements (Skills/Experience/Education)
-Strong QuickBooks
-Intermediate MS Office- Word Excel
-Experience working with multiple entities
-Knowledge of farming/commercial real estate preferred
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Highly detail oriented
