-Serve as a resource for all products and services
-Update and maintain client and company data base

-High School diploma or equivalent required
-2 years of experience and knowledge in Commercial lines including
but not limited to Business, Agriculture, Crop, Ranch, Special Events and specific industries
-Current/Valid Property & Casualty license
-Excellent conflict resolution skills
-Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
-HawkSoft management system preferred but not required
-Must have strong interpersonal skills.
-Highly effective communication skills - oral, written and in group
-Organizational skills and effective time management
-A strong presence in the local community
-A fearless attitude toward prospecting new customers, networking and building relationships
-Strong ethics
-Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
